Wide range of uncoilers
We are able supply decoilers with capacity from 200 kg to 35,000 kg.
The maximum width of the coil may be as narrow as 200 mm or as wide as 2,000 mm.
No matter whether the line works from horizontally or vertically positioned coil we have a solution for your technical need.
The changeover time can be reduced with the selection of a coil car (system) - which is included in our range of supply - and by using a double or quadruple mandrel decoiler. The shortest production stoppage can be achieved by combining these two.
Working methods
Unpowered braked operation without loop
The most common yet quite productive setup is having an unpowered decoiler which is braked either by pneumatic safety brake or by servo motor. In this setup there is no loop between the decoiler and the straightener.
Powered operation with loop for delicate material
For the highest productivity in case of delicate material a powered decoiler is used to create a loop between the decoiler and the straightener.

Powered operation with loop under the coil
This method may be suitable for space constrained situation with lower productivity requirements,. This method is suitable only in cases where the produced part is not painted afterwards.
